We ship to customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.

Please allow for up to 4 business days after completing your payment for us to process your order.

You have 24 hours after completing your payment to request for an order to be cancelled prior to dispatch.

Once the order has been dispatched, you will have to go through our standard return policy (found within the navigation section on the bottom of the website.

Pre-order Definition:

A pre-order is a purchase of a product that is not currently in stock but is expected to be available within a specified timeframe. Products labeled as "Pre-order" above the bundles section on our website are classified as pre-order products or have the purchase button labeled as "Pre-Order Now" are also classified as a pre-order item.

Pre-order Fulfilment:

Please note that pre-order items typically take between 30 to 40 business days to fulfill.

Refund Policy for Pre-orders:

Due to the nature of pre-orders, refunds are not available until the product has been received by the customer. Once the product is in your possession, refunds may be issued for products in their original unopened and unused condition.
